If there’s one thing Nicole Arbour aka The World’s Sexiest Comedian loves, it’s a dare… So, when the 5’9” blonde comic was told she’d never be able to make crowds laugh or get hired on the comedy circuit unless she dressed down, and got in touch with her “inner manly”, the former NBA cheerleader took to the stage in hot pink heels and a mini dress… and it was good.

If that weren’t a big enough “brush your shoulder off” stance to take, (Jay-Z reference for the non hip-hop set), Nicole has been a frontrunner in changing the look of funny, writing and starring in record breaking branded entertainment campaigns for the likes of Molson, Axe, Virgin Mobile, Heavy.com, and Nike to name a few.
Then, the fearless femme said “peace out” to the smoke filled comedy clubs where acts look like they just rolled out of bed to complain about living in their moms basement, and produced sold out variety style live shows, starred on the number one show on Canada’s music station Much Music, toured with and opened for the likes of Oasis, Thornley, and Finger Eleven, hosted the Molson Rock Star Series, Extreme Music Series, and a slew of other awesome live events and tours, and even made a stop to add a touch of Barbie comedy to the Los Angeles Comedy Festival AND visit her friends at Playboy Radio to guest host of their Morning Show, “Playdate”, and “Afternoon Advice” shows.
But our ‘not so dumb blonde’ hero was just warming up…
“The World’s Sexiest Comedian Calendar”, now in its third year of sexily poking fun at modeling while featuring one liners throughout the year, has sold over 100,000 copies world-wide, even out-selling the Sports Illustrated calendar in Canada.
Oh yeah, and you’ve seen Nicole on networks like NBC, The Comedy Network, Slice, and W, she went “full retard” in the Feature Comedy, “You Might As Well Live,” winning awards at film festivals world-wide, and her uber popular video blogs (ASK NICOLE) about the sometimes creepy fan mail she gets have had hits in the millions!

Yup, she’s an MC, as in rapper, and with her performance team aka. “The Fun Revolution” she debuted her cross-over to music with two sold out shows co-headlining with Jason Derulo, then rocked 30,000 at the Rogers Centre performing with the Toronto Argo Cheerleaders as her back up dancers during an Argos Game. And now, Nicole’s set to release single by single of Project: Fun Revolution beginning 2012.
